Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MyCardBatch ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MyCardBatch is a web-based tool that helps sports card sellers generate eBay-ready CSV listing files using AI image scanning. The Service is offered on a credit-based model: a limited number of free credits are provided at signup, with additional credits available for purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining free credits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Credits

Card Upload credits are purchased in packs. All purchases are in US dollars.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Refund policy: Credits that have not been used may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at checkoutmycards603@gmail.com. Credits that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable.
Pricing is subject to change. We will provide notice before price changes take effect.

5. Image Uploads and Storage

Card images you upload are stored for up to 365 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and store the images solely to provide the Service.
You may not upload images that you do not have the right to use, or that contain illegal content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to extract card details from images. AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated listing data before submitting it to eBay or any other platform.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate listings for counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented cards.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent the Service.
Use automated tools to consume credits or make API calls beyond normal usage.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI results, or compatibility with any third-party platform including eBay. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCardBatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, listing errors, or account suspension by third-party platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
